There are two types of lithium polymer batteries: dry and wet types.
The wet type accounts for the majority, accounting for about 20% of the production of lithium-ion batteries.
As a structure of lithium polymer battery

1: The positive electrode or the negative electrode is made of an organic polymer material
2: The electrolyte is mainly composed of organic polymer material

And as a feature of lithium polymer battery

1: It uses lithium-ion batteries and common materials, and high energy density and high performance are possible
2: Pouch (soft case) can be used, and since it is thin and the production of lithium-ion batteries in a desired shape is possible, it is the most suitable battery for flat mobile device.
3: Because it is a soft case, safety and handling are very difficult and maximum care is required for storage.
