Method of connecting tabs to lithium-ion battery

Although it is a method of connecting tabs to lithium-ion batteries, it is basically spot welding. Soldering may cause battery damage due to heat.
We recommend using a nickel plate for welding to lithium-ion batteries and cladding material for welding to lithium polymer batteries.

There is also a method of connecting nickel tabs with an industrial spot welding machine, but a large and expensive machine is necessary.
The welding machine we recommend is a combination of Yokodai.jp-made spot welding machine HSW-03 and welding electrode PSW-H3.

It can cover up to 100 pieces of production from trial, and it can correspond to spot welding works in various situations.
